Why repeating what worked isn’t enough
You try to repeat what worked before.
The same offer. The same launch structure. And when the results aren’t quite the same, the instinct is to start tweaking. The question quickly becomes what to tweak.
That’s when you start looking for ideas. Different strategies, different opinions, different “best practices” — all pointing in slightly different directions. Not because you want to chase everything, but because you’re trying to figure out what’s actually worth changing, and what’s better left alone.
At that point, it’s less about doing more — and more about understanding what’s already working in your business. Not what’s trending on Instagram. Not what some guru says is dead. What’s actually happening with your audience, your offers, and your data.
What It Looks Like to Work Together
“Julie was my ‘Online Accountability Partner’ and in just 3 months, she enabled me to move forwards more than in the previous 5 years.
She was instrumental in asking the right questions to help me cut through the ‘online overwhelm’ & get to the essence of what I wanted to do.
Julie’s extremely strong on the strategy side, & she enabled me to map out the overview for my online business, & how it all interconnects. But she’s also very strong on details & the implementation side – so her advice & experience was absolutely invaluable at key decision points for me, & made every decision so much simpler.
She’s the only person who’s ever managed to make me enjoy expanding my coaching business into the online space.”

How I work with my clients
You have offers in place. You’ve launched before.
Early on, it’s easier to know what to do next because you’re close to your clients. They tell you what they want, what they need, and what they’d buy more of.
As your business grows, that becomes harder — because those requests don’t always line up with what’s scalable, profitable, or sustainable for you.
That’s where strategy comes in.
I help you understand what’s actually happening in your business by looking at your data, your systems, and your customer journey. Not to add more tactics or chase trends, but to get clarity on what’s working, what’s not, and what actually needs to change.
For some clients, that means focused sessions to audit their strategy or set up analytics. For others, it means ongoing support to implement and optimize the systems that support their business.
The goal is simple: stop guessing, stop chasing trends, and make decisions based on what’s actually working in your business — not what influencers say you should be doing.
Ways to start working together
Most clients start with a focused session to get clarity on what needs attention. From there, we can explore ongoing support if it makes sense for your business.
Before booking, you’ll start with a short questionnaire. It helps determine the most useful place to begin, so the session itself stays focused and practical.
Strategy Session
For business owners who’ve already launched and want to know what to fix, improve, or change next – without guessing.
What you’ll get:
- A focused look at your most pressing issues
- A prioritized action list to get you moving
- Clear next steps based on what’s actually happening in YOUR business
Data Setup Session
For business owners who want to make decisions based on real data, not what influencers say is trending.
What you’ll get:
- Google Analytics properly set up to track what matters
- A walkthrough of how to read your data (no tech degree required)
- The ability to answer “is this working?” with actual numbers, not gut feeling
Not sure which session is right for you?
If you’re unsure where to start, answer a few quick questions and I’ll point you in the right direction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this for beginners?
The Strategy Session is for business owners who already have a business up and running.
The Data Setup Session can be useful earlier on — collecting data from the start gives you a foundation for decisions later on.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
No preparation is needed before booking. After you book, you’ll receive a short set of questions so we can prepare properly for the session.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a short questionnaire after booking so I can prepare properly. Everything else happens in the session itself.
Will I get a recording or notes?
For the Strategy Session, you’ll receive a recording and a short summary after the call.
For the Data Setup Session, you’ll receive a short follow-up video showing you how to access the systems that were set up.
Do you offer ongoing work or larger projects?
Yes. The Strategy and Data Setup Sessions are designed as focused starting points to give you quick clarity and next steps.
Many clients find that’s all they need to get moving. Others discover they want deeper support – like comprehensive funnel audits, ongoing implementation work, or strategic consulting as their business evolves.
If deeper work makes sense after your session, we can explore options then based on what actually fits your needs.
If you already know you need more extensive project work or ongoing support, reach out directly at heya@juliekristin.com to schedule a discovery call so we can discuss your specific needs.
About Julie
For over ten years, I’ve worked with coaches, consultants, and online educators — helping them move past the early phase where gut feeling and conversations with clients guided most decisions.
At that stage, decisions carry more weight. Guessing, copying what others are doing, or chasing trends creates confusion rather than progress.
My work focuses on strategy first: understanding what’s actually happening in your business through data and systems analysis. For clients who want support implementing the strategy, I work with them on an ongoing basis.
Together with my two chihuahuas, I live in the UAE and work with clients from around the world.
You can also find me on LinkedIn, where I share perspectives on strategy, data, and building sustainable online businesses.
