Why repeating what worked isn’t enough
You try to repeat what worked before.
The same offer. The same launch structure. And when the results aren’t quite the same, the instinct is to start tweaking. The question quickly becomes what to tweak.
That’s when you start looking for ideas. Different strategies, different opinions, different “best practices” — all pointing in slightly different directions. Not because you want to chase everything, but because you’re trying to figure out what’s actually worth changing, and what’s better left alone.
At that point, it’s less about doing more — and more about understanding what’s already there. What’s working, what’s not, and which adjustments actually move things forward.
“You save time and gain peace of mind… The sessions with Julie helped me see my business more clearly and feel more confident about what to focus on next.”

How I help my clients move forward
You have offers in place. You’ve launched before.
Early on, it’s easier to know what to do next because you’re close to your clients. They tell you what they want, what they need, and what they’d buy more of.
As your business grows, that becomes harder — because those requests don’t always line up with what’s scalable, profitable, or sustainable for you.
That’s where this work comes in.
I help my clients move forward by working with what’s already there — sitting down together and looking at data, systems, and the customer journey as a whole. Not to add more tactics or chase trends, but to understand what’s actually happening in your business and use that to make decisions that make sense.
The goal is simple: stop guessing, stop chasing ideas that don’t fit, and make decisions that actually move your business forward.
Ways to start working together
The work happens in focused sessions, depending on what’s already in place.
Before booking, you’ll start with a short questionnaire. It helps determine the most useful place to begin, so the session itself stays focused and practical.
Strategy Session
This session is for business owners who have already launched and are now trying to figure out what to improve without guessing or chasing every new idea.
You’ll leave the session with a clear list of what needs fixing, improving or changing — and what doesn’t.
Data Setup Session
This session is for business owners who want the right systems in place to make decisions based on real data.
During the session, we set up what’s needed so your website collects usable data you can rely on when making decisions going forward.
Not sure which session is right for you?
If you’re unsure where to start, answer a few quick questions and I’ll point you in the right direction.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a one-off session or ongoing work?
These are standalone sessions. There’s no retainer, no package, and no obligation to continue unless you decide otherwise.
What happens after I book?
You’ll receive a short questionnaire after booking so I can prepare properly. Everything else happens in the session itself.
What if I book the wrong session?
That’s okay. If it becomes clear early on that the other session would be more useful, we’ll adjust.
Is this for beginners?
The Strategy Session is for business owners who already have a business up and running.
The Data Setup Session can be useful earlier on — collecting data from the start gives you a foundation for decisions later on.
Do I need to prepare anything in advance?
No preparation is needed before booking. After you book, you’ll receive a short set of questions so we can prepare properly for the session.
Will I get a recording or notes?
For the Strategy Session, you’ll receive a recording and a short summary after the call.
For the Data Setup Session, you’ll receive a short follow-up video showing you how to access the systems that were set up.
About Julie
For over ten years, I’ve worked in the online coaching and education industry with coaches, consultants, and course and membership creators.
Over the years, I’ve worked closely with coaches, consultants, and course and membership creators as they move past the early phase where conversations and a warm audience carried most of the growth.
At that stage, decisions start to carry more weight — and guessing, copying what others are doing, or reacting to trends creates confusion rather than progress.
My work focuses on helping my clients understand what actually needs fixing, improving, or changing next — and what doesn’t.
Together with my two chihuahuas, I live in the UAE and work with clients from around the world.
You can also find me on LinkedIn, where I share work and perspectives for coaches, consultants, and course creators.
