Meet Julie
For the past 11 years, I’ve worked behind the scenes with online business owners, helping them turn ideas into successful online businesses.
What started as virtual assistance quickly became something much bigger.
The more businesses I worked with, the more I realised my clients weren’t just looking for someone to get things done. They wanted someone they could think through ideas with, solve problems with and trust to help them build what came next.
Today, that’s exactly the role I play in my clients’ businesses.
Ideas are easy. Turning them into reality is where the real work begins.
It all started with implementation.
When I started my business, I was hired as a virtual assistant by online course creators and coaches. I built websites, set up automations, managed memberships and supported the day-to-day running of their businesses.
The more businesses I worked with, the more fascinated I became by everything happening behind the scenes. I wanted to understand why some launches performed better than others, how customer journeys influenced sales and where systems and automation could genuinely improve the experience for both the business owner and their customers.
As I learnt more, my role naturally evolved. Clients stopped coming to me with individual tasks and started bringing me bigger questions. They wanted to launch new offers, improve existing ones or find better ways to run their businesses. Instead of simply implementing their ideas, we started planning them together.
From virtual assistant to business partner
Over the years, I’ve worked with around 50 online businesses. While I’ve completed one-off projects, most of my clients have chosen to stay with me for years. Some have been with me for two years. Others for five, eight and even nine years.
The longer we work together, the more I understand their business, their customers and the way they like to work. That’s also why my role has changed over time.
Today, I’m involved long before anything gets built. We think through ideas together, look at the customer journey, analyse what’s already working and decide what makes the most sense before moving into implementation.
I don’t see myself as someone who simply completes tasks. I become a trusted business partner my clients can rely on whenever they’re planning what’s next.
How I work
Every business is different, which is why I don’t believe in copying someone else’s strategy or recommending a particular platform simply because it’s popular.
I believe the best solution is the one that’s right for your business.
Sometimes that means launching a course. Sometimes it’s creating a membership. Other times it’s simplifying your offers, improving your customer journey or implementing the systems that support your business.
Whatever we’re working on, the starting point is always the same. I want to understand your goals, your customers and the business you’re trying to build before making any recommendations.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to help you build a business that works for both you and your customers.

Let’s talk about what you’re building and the best way to bring it to life.
